Practice Areas
Elder law is like an umbrella that encompasses multiple areas of law. As we age the legal issues that touch our life increase in number and in complexity. The individual has more assets, more retirement benefits, more complex personal and business relationships, and more medical issues. Elder law is the nexus between all these areas of life. Because of these unique needs, we provide legal services to clients that involve:
– Estate Planning such as Wills and Revocable Living Trusts
– Advanced Directives such as Living Wills and Durable Powers of Attorney
– Probate and Trust administrations
– Special needs trust planning and administration
– Assistance with Asset Preservation
– Planning for Medicaid eligibility and Application for Medicaid benefits
– Assisted living or nursing home care issues
If you or a family member is dealing with a legal problem in one or more of these legal areas, you are not alone. We are here and available to listen and help you with your case. For over 25 years we have been assisting clients in these areas, and we would like to do the same for you. We will pay attention to every detail of your case in order to craft the most appropriate solution for your particular circumstances. Call us today to schedule a consultation 941-408-8555.
