Venice Fossil Museum is a 501(c)3 Public Charity focused on Fossil Outreach & Education. We are supported by community donations. Both monetary and fossil donations are appreciated to further our outreach. We are a small & group museum currently located within the Earth Treasures shop at 207 Miami Ave W. in downtown Venice, Florida.
Our Mission
To inspire excitement, curiosity, and education around Florida’s natural history; especially the remarkable fossils and shark teeth found in and around Venice, FL.
Our Exhibits
Currently Venice Fossil Museum has multiple show cases of local shark teeth and fossils with new pieces being added regularly through acquisition and donation. Stop by to check them out in person on your next trip to Venice.
