With over 30 years of experience in real estate, Helen Kirchner Moore has been a driving force in the Venice real estate community since earning her Florida real estate license in 1992. A resident of Venice Island since 1990, and joining the Venice Area Board of Realtors® in 1993, Helen quickly became a dedicated advocate for the profession, serving in numerous leadership roles over the years, including President, Treasurer, and Director.
Helen’s commitment to excellence and advocacy has been recognized with multiple honors, including being named Venice Realtor® of the Year twice and receiving the Board’s inaugural Maia C. Morrison Advocacy Award in 2022. Her extensive contributions include chairing committees such as Bylaws, Strategic Planning, Professional Standards, and RPAC fundraising, where her efforts consistently positioned the Venice Area Board as one of the most successful in the state.
Beyond her real estate achievements, Helen is also very active in her community. She recently completed her second 3-year term on the Venice City Council. She has also served on numerous boards, including Venice MainStreet and Venice Area Beautification, Inc. Her passion for preserving the city’s historic charm and natural beauty is evident in her roles on the Historic and Architectural Preservation Board and 5 years on the Venice Planning Commission.
Helen’s dedication extends to state and national levels, where she has served on various Florida Realtors® committees and as a National Association of Realtors® Delegate. Her advocacy efforts earned her induction into the National RPAC Hall of Fame in 2021.
An active member of the Venice Chamber of Commerce and a supporter of the Michael Saunders Foundation, Helen’s love for her community shines through in her tireless efforts to enhance the quality of life in Venice.
