With over 25 years of catering experience, I bring a lifetime of culinary passion and expertise to every event. My journey began at the age of six, learning traditional recipes and techniques alongside my Italian immigrant grandmother. As a former deli and restaurant owner, I had the honor of earning a New York Times write-up and being named one of the top 30 bars for adults over 30, in Westchester County, NY. Fork-n-Flair Catering, my newly launched company in Florida, is an extension of my successful business in New York. I take pride in crafting personalized dining experiences with our signature touch of comfort and nostalgia. Our tagline, “Every meal tastes like home,” reflects our commitment to creating food that warms the heart and soul.
