Humphris Park and the South Jetty are located at the west end of Tarpon Center Drive. It is a great spot for fishing, surfing, and watching sunsets.

Humphris Park is closed nightly to vehicles from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. (gated)

According to the City of Venice: “Dogs are permitted within the parking area of Humphris Park, on-leash only. Dogs are prohibited from the sandy beach and the South Jetty walkway. The City reminds dog owners to always clean up after your pet in order to keep our parks beautiful and to protect the environment. Please note that “on-leash” means the animal is fully under the owner’s control and attached by a leash no longer than 6 feet.”
